1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Lexicon Vocabulary (“App”), you agree to be bound by this End User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device that you own or control.

3. Subscription Terms

Access to the App’s content and features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account, and will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your account settings on the respective platform.

4. User Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its related systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to graphics, game logic, word data, and interface elements, is the property of Lexicon and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate this Agreement or use the App in a way that harms us or others.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
